Terms & Conditions 

Loyalty Cards 

Loyalty cards are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen. 
Full loyalty cards must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the Hug-a-Mug and must be mentioned if you are making an advance table booking. 
All loyalty cards are to be redeemed in the Hug-a-Mug café only. 
All loyalty cards are valid for 24 months from the date specified on the back of the card. Loyalty cards not redeemed within this time will be forfeited. 
Loyalty cards can only be redeemed one at a time in any single transaction. 
Loyalty cards cannot be redeemed against lunch specials or lobster rolls. For queries relating to the menus, please call the café directly. 
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. 
For the avoidance of doubt, the term ‘loyalty card’ as used in these terms and conditions refers only to loyalty cards given out in-store. 

 Offers 

1. Feel free to use offers all day Monday – Sunday. 
 
2. The offers available gives you: 
 
10% off your total bill for any key worker. This is limited to a key worker and one guest at a time. Please present key worker ID upon entry and tell your server you are looking to use this offer. 
10% food only for students. Offer limited to a student and one guest at a time. Please present your student ID upon entry and tell your server you are looking to use this offer. 
Eating together. Please mention the ‘Eating together’ offer at the time of booking. A deposit to secure the table may be required. All adults need to order a main meal to gain a free meal and the lowest cost meal will be removed off the bill. 
 
Eating as a family. Please mention the ‘Eating as a Family’ offer at the time of booking. A deposit may be required to secure the table. All adults in the booking must order a main meal to qualify for 50% off kids’ meals. 
 
10% off food for health fanatics. Please mention to the server you have completed 10,000 steps in the past 2 days and show your pedometer or health app to receive the discount. Limited to the individual. 
 
3. All offers are only valid when dining in. You can’t use it on collection orders, or for delivery, including Click and Collect, Uber Eats, Just East or Deliveroo orders. 
4. An offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional Offers or Rewards (including set menus). Only one type of promotional offer can be used per table/group, bills cannot be split to benefit from multiple discounts.
